INGREDIENTES
Batter
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- Baby leaf, as needed
- Flour, as needed
- Breadcrumbs, as needed
- Salad oil, as needed
- Medium-thick sauce, as needed
Filling
- 200g mixed ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 minced onion
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
PASOS
Mix ground meat, minced onion, beaten egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and curry powder gently to form the filling.
Shape the filling into patties of desired size.
Coat each patty with flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the patties with baby leaf and medium-thick sauce on the side.
