INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 1 cup of washed rice
Seafood
- 🦐 50g seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1/4 yellow paprika, diced
- 🍅 4 mini tomatoes, halved
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp consomme
- 1 tbsp sake
Toppings
- 🌿 Chopped parsley as needed
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
PASOS
Mince the onion, dice the yellow paprika into 1cm cubes, and halve the mini tomatoes.
Add the washed rice, seasonings (☆), and water to the rice cooker pot until 2mm below the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Add onion, mini tomatoes, and seafood mix on top, then start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, add the yellow paprika, close the lid, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Mix gently, serve on plates, garnish with parsley, and add lemon wedges.
