INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 300–350g daikon, thinly sliced
- 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 green onion
- Small green onion, as needed
Meat
- 300g beef, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🧂 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 2–3 tbsp soy sauce
- 50cc sake
Cooking Oil
- Salad oil, as needed
- Beef fat (optional), as needed
PASOS
Thinly slice the daikon and green onion. Prepare the shiitake mushrooms by removing the stems.
Heat salad oil or beef fat in a pan over medium heat.
Add the beef slices to the pan and cook until browned.
Add the daikon, shiitake mushrooms, and green onion to the pan. Stir well.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, and sake in a small bowl, then pour over the ingredients in the pan.
Simmer for 5–10 minutes until the flavors meld together.
Serve hot, optionally topping with small green onions.
