INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 10cm (180g) daikon, sliced
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Meat
- 150g chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Slice the daikon into 5mm thick half-moon pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with all-purpose flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until its color changes.
Add the daikon to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until it becomes translucent. Add sake, cover, and steam over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, miso, garlic) and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
