    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Topping

    • 1 packet bonito flakes (4g)

Julienne the daikon and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Cut the kaiware sprouts in half. Mash the umeboshi into a paste.
