INGREDIENTES

- 180g daikon, julienned
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Julienne the daikon. In a bowl, mix the daikon with 1/4 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), let sit for 5 minutes, rinse with water, and squeeze out excess moisture. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and pepper. Add the daikon, kaiware sprouts, dried shirasu, and sesame seeds, then toss to combine.
Plate the salad and garnish with chopped green onions.
