INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
PASOS
Mince the green onion and chop the chives into 1cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add grated ginger, grated garlic, and ground pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color, then add doubanjiang and continue frying.
Add green onion, chives, and the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, ground sesame). Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over cooked white rice and top with egg yolks.
