INGREDIENTES

- 1kg pork bones
- 1 cup soju
- 5 slices ginger
- 🧅 sufficient green onion
- 🧅 2 onions
- 1 small amount shrimp sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
PASOS
Soak the pork bones in cold water to remove blood for the first time, then discard the water.
Repeat the soaking process with cold water, adding soju, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Discard the water.
Place the pork bones in a pot, fill with water, add dried ginger, and boil for 30 minutes. Discard the water.
Fill the pot with water again, add prepared green onions and onions, and boil.
Simmer the soup for 1 hour, then remove the green onions and onions.
Remove the bones and place them in a bowl. Separate the meat from the bones.
Add the meat back into the remaining broth.
Slice green onions and add them to the soup.
Add a small amount of shrimp sauce to the soup.
