INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, julienned
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Oil
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
PASOS
Wash and julienne the zucchini.
Peel and julienne the carrot.
Mix the zucchini with salt and let it sit briefly to soften.
Drain the excess water from the zucchini.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan and add the zucchini.
Stir-fry the zucchini briefly, then add the carrot.
Add minced garlic and fish sauce, stirring well.
Cook until the liquid reduces and the vegetables are well-coated.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds.
