INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 pork cutlet
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Sauce Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 💧 10 tbsp water
PASOS
Cook or fry the pork cutlet until crispy. Frying gives a crunchier texture.
While frying, slice the onion, chop the green onion, and beat the eggs.
Drain excess oil from the fried pork cutlet using a strainer.
In a separate pot, mix water, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to create the sauce.
Add sliced onion to the sauce and simmer until partially cooked.
Place the cut pork cutlet in the center of the pot and pour the beaten eggs around it.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on top and turn off the heat, letting residual heat cook the eggs.
Serve the pork cutlet and sauce over a bowl of hot rice.
