INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
- 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
Seafood
- 🐟 4 slices tuna sashimi
- 🦑 2 slices squid sashimi
- 🍤 4 sweet shrimp sashimi
- 🍤 12 red shrimp (raw)
- 🐟 12 slices salmon sashimi
Vegetables
- 🥒 8 slices cucumber
- 🥑 12 slices avocado
Egg
- 🥚 10g shredded egg
Toppings
- to taste fish roe
- 🍋 to taste lemon slices
- to taste sprouts
- 🍅 to taste sliced cherry tomato
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Mix cooked rice with sushi vinegar in a bowl using a cutting motion to make sushi rice.
Slice the cucumber thinly.
Layer the seafood and vegetables in a mold, then cover with sushi rice. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Invert the mold onto a cutting board to release the sushi donuts.
Place the shrimp sushi donuts on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with soy sauce and mayonnaise, then bake in a toaster oven at 250°C for 3-5 minutes until golden.
Add toppings like fish roe, lemon slices, sprouts, and cherry tomatoes.
