INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 1 green chili
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Drain the oil from the tuna can. Slice the potatoes thinly for quicker cooking. Chop the onion, green onion, and green chili.
In a heat-resistant ceramic pot, layer the potatoes, onion, green onion, and green chili. Add the tuna on top and pour the seasoning mixture over.
Add water using the empty tuna can three times and mix well.
Simmer on low heat for a long time, allowing the flavors to deepen and the stew to thicken.
