INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 6 slices sandwich bread
Seafood
- 🍤 6 shrimp, deveined and peeled
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves
Baking
- 🌾 Flour, as needed
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- Breadcrumbs, as needed
Oil
- Salad oil, as needed
Sauce
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
PASOS
Remove the shell and vein from the shrimp. Trim the tail diagonally and squeeze out excess moisture. Make shallow cuts on the belly side to flatten.
Tear the lettuce into quarters. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Coat the shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 180°C and fry the shrimp until golden brown.
Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap. Spread sauce on a slice of sandwich bread, add two pieces of lettuce and one fried shrimp, then roll tightly. Repeat for all six rolls.
