INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 100g chicken breast (2 pieces)
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g frozen edamame
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods.
Pierce the chicken breast with a fork to create small holes.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, lay the chicken on top, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Let it cool slightly with the wrap still on.
Drain excess water, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and mix with the bean sprouts and edamame in a bowl.
Combine the sesame oil, ponzu sauce, ground sesame, and pepper in a bowl, then toss with the salad ingredients.
