INGREDIENTES

- 🌱 200g edamame
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 150g cream cheese
Seasoning
- A pinch of katsuobushi
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Bread
- 🥖 4 slices of baguette
PASOS
Place edamame and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2–2.5 minutes. Let cool, remove beans from pods, and chop coarsely.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese until softened. Add chopped edamame and salt and pepper, then mix gently.
Serve the dip in a dish, sprinkle with katsuobushi, and pair with baguette slices.
