INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- Chopped vegetables from fridge
- 1 bell pepper, diced
Protein
- 100g ham or sausage, diced
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Oil
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
Wrap
- 4 perilla leaves
PASOS
Dice all vegetables and ham/sausage into small pieces.
Heat grape seed oil in a pan and sauté all ingredients except bell pepper.
Add cooked rice to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
Add bell pepper and stir-fry briefly before turning off the heat.
Shape the stir-fried rice into balls using plastic wrap for convenience.
Prepare egg net by straining eggs to remove chalaza and pouring them into a small squeeze bottle.
Heat a pan, lightly oil it, and use the squeeze bottle to create a thin egg net over low heat.
Wrap each rice ball with a perilla leaf and then with the egg net.
