INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Meat
- 4 slices ham
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion (40g)
- 1 green pepper (30g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 250 ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASOS
Slice green onion thinly, dice green pepper into 1cm cubes, and cut ham into 1cm cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add green onion, ham, and green pepper, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until rice is fluffy. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a serving plate.
Wash the pan, add sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth powder, water), and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Turn off the heat, slowly pour beaten eggs into the sauce, cover the pan, and cook on low heat until eggs set. Stir gently.
Pour the egg sauce over the fried rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
