INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 eggplant
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Meat
- 30g ground pork
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
PASOS
Wash the eggplant, cut it in half, and slice diagonally.
Slice the green onion thinly.
Dice the onion finely.
Mix ground pork with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the green onion.
Add diced onion to the pan and continue sautéing.
Add the seasoned ground pork and cook until fully browned.
Add the sliced eggplant and stir-fry until tender.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chili powder, then stir-fry over high heat.
