    • 10 shiso leaves

  • Miso Sauce

    • 🧂 2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp miso
    • 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Mince the shiso leaves.
