INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 1 English muffin
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices of bacon
Vegetable
- 🥬 1/4 bag spinach
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧈 20g melted salted butter
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut spinach into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the English muffin in half and toast until golden brown.
Heat salad oil in a pan, cook bacon until crispy, then sauté spinach until wilted.
Mix mayonnaise, egg yolk, melted butter, and milk until thick and creamy.
Boil water in a small pot, add 1 tbsp vinegar, stir to create a whirlpool, and gently drop an egg into the center. Cook for 2 minutes.
Assemble by layering bacon, spinach, and poached egg on the toasted English muffin. Sprinkle pepper and drizzle sauce on top.
