INGREDIENTES
Base Ingredients
- 🍅 3 cups tomato sauce
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍄 2 mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🥓 2 strips bacon
Seasonings and Garnishes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🍞 2 slices bread
PASOS
Prepare eggs, olive oil, and cheese (mozzarella or sliced cheese).
Toast bread in an air fryer or oven until crispy.
Dice all vegetables and halve cherry tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
Add bacon and cook until slightly crispy.
Add mushrooms and bell pepper, sauté briefly.
Pour in 2 cups of tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
Crack eggs over the sauce and add cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cover the pan. Cook on low heat for 8 minutes.
Garnish with parsley flakes, parmesan cheese, or fresh herbs.
Serve with toasted bread and enjoy.
