INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- Pinch of sliced chili
PASOS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add enoki mushrooms and carrot, stir-frying until softened.
Add the seasonings (soy sauce, salt, sesame seeds, and chili) and stir-fry to combine.
