INGREDIENTES

- 2 sausages (40g)
Vegetables
- 50g enoki mushrooms
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consommé powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
PASOS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds. Separate the root-end pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally into thirds.
Add water and seasonings (consommé, salt, pepper) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add enoki mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and sausages to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes until the cherry tomato skins burst and the ingredients are cooked through.
