INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork loin
Condiments
- 1 piece grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Thinly slice the onion and grate the ginger.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and grated ginger in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the enoki mushrooms and onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and the remaining 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. Stir-fry for about 1 minute. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
