- 🍤 1 piece pollock roe
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 2 shiso leaves, sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp salad oil
PASOS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Cut open the pollock roe and scoop out the contents with a spoon. Slice the shiso leaves thinly.
In a bowl, mix the pollock roe with sake and soy sauce to create the pollock roe sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Add the pollock roe sauce and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
