INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🍚 210g cooked rice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
PASOS
Cut enoki mushrooms into thirds.
Slice green onion thinly.
Mix water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, black pepper, and chili powder to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry green onion and enoki mushrooms.
Once the enoki mushrooms release moisture, add the sauce and simmer.
Serve the mushroom sauce over cooked rice.
