INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 stalk white part of green onion
- 4 slices ginger
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Slice the green onion diagonally into 5mm pieces and julienne the ginger.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the pork with sake and soy sauce, then massage in cornstarch.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry on medium-high heat until the pork changes color. Add green onion and stir-fry until softened. Add the ★ seasonings and mix well. Finish by drizzling chili oil and mixing.
