- 100g fish cake
- 200g udon noodles
- 🧅 30g sliced onion
- 🥛 1/4 cup milk or coconut milk
- 💧 2 cups water
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp curry powder
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients, slicing the onion and skewering the fish cake.
