INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced (40g)
- 2 cabbage leaves, thinly sliced (80g)
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts (100g)
- 1/4 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces (25g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
PASOS
Thinly slice the carrot, cabbage, and chives as described. Prepare all vegetables.
Cut the pork belly into 2cm wide strips.
Heat half of the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the steamed Chinese noodles and cook until both sides are browned. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the remaining salad oil and pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add carrot, cabbage, and bean sprouts, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Add the noodles and chives to the pan. Stir-fry briefly to combine all ingredients.
