INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 3 handfuls dried shrimp
- 🌰 1 handful walnuts
- 🧄 7 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients.
Slice garlic into thin pieces and chop large walnuts into smaller pieces.
Sift dried shrimp powder through a fine sieve.
Dry roast the dried shrimp in a pan.
Add walnuts to the pan and roast together with the shrimp.
In a separate pan, heat cooking oil and sauté garlic until golden brown.
Add sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and corn syrup to the garlic and bring to a boil.
Combine roasted walnuts and shrimp with the sauce and stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
