Egg

Fermented Soybeans
- 1 pack natto
Vegetables

- 1 tbsp concentrated mentuyu sauce
PASOS
Place the frozen udon on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave according to the package instructions.
Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
Mix the natto in a bowl, add the egg white and the included sauce packet, and stir until fluffy.
Place the heated udon in a serving bowl, add the mentuyu sauce, and mix to coat the noodles. Top with the fluffy natto mixture, sprinkle chopped green onions, and place the egg yolk on top.
