INGREDIENTES

- 1 handful perilla leaves
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Wash the perilla leaves thoroughly. You can use small perilla sprouts or larger leaves cut into smaller pieces.
Blanch the perilla leaves in boiling water until wilted, then immediately rinse them in cold water.
Squeeze out excess water from the perilla leaves and separate them to avoid clumping.
Mix the perilla leaves with minced garlic, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Slice the white part of the green onion and sauté it lightly in 1 tbsp cooking oil.
Add the seasoned perilla leaves to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat with 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and perilla seed powder evenly over the stir-fry. Cook briefly until fragrant.
