INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup washed rice
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Meat
- 🍖 2 slices ham
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/3 stalk minced green onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 180 ml water
PASOS
Mince the green onion and cut the ham into 1 cm cubes.
Add the washed rice, seasonings, and water into the rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the surface.
Cook the rice using the regular rice cooking setting.
Once cooked, open the lid and add the beaten eggs, ham, and minced green onion. Mix everything together.
Close the lid and let it sit in the warm setting for 5 minutes.
