INGREDIENTES
Main
- 1 can (75g) canned tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil for eggs
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Mince the onion and drain the canned tuna. Crack and whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Heat 1 tsp salad oil in a pan, spoon the eggs, and drizzle them to create a net-like thin omelet. Cook two pieces.
Heat 2 tsp salad oil in the pan, sauté the onion over medium heat until softened, add the tuna, and mix until the oil is absorbed. Add the rice and stir-fry until fluffy and separated.
Add the soy sauce, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper, mixing well. Serve on a plate and top with the egg net.
