Herbs

Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil

PASOS
Heat 1 tsp salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Add sake, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup, then stir-fry until the liquid evaporates to create a meat sauce.
Place a slice of melting cheese in the center of a sandwich bread slice. Add half of the meat sauce on top, followed by 2 basil leaves. Cover with another slice of sandwich bread and seal the edges using the tines of a fork. Repeat to make 2 sandwiches.
Heat about 3 cm of salad oil in a pot to 180°C. Fry the sandwiches until both sides are golden brown. Let them cool slightly before cutting in half.
