INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 240g sardines, cleaned and halved
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Sufficient amount of salad oil for frying
PASOS
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and poke several holes in them with a toothpick. Cut the sardines in half lengthwise, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pat dry, and coat with potato starch.
Wrap each cherry tomato with a piece of sardine and secure with a toothpick.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C (356°F) and fry the rolls, turning them occasionally, until cooked through.
Arrange the fried rolls on a plate and garnish with parsley.
