INGREDIENTES

- 1 piece (250g) konjac
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 🧅 1/3 stalk (50g) green onion
- 1 tbsp shio koji
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Finishing
- 🍋 1 slice lemon
PASOS
Freeze the konjac overnight to create a meat-like texture.
Defrost the konjac and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the konjac into slices resembling beef tongue.
Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a pan and pan-fry the konjac slices until golden brown.
Prepare the negi salt by mixing chopped green onion, shio koji, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds.
Serve the konjac slices with negi salt and garnish with a slice of lemon.
