INGREDIENTES
Meat Wrapping
- 🥓 6 slices long bacon
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- Flour as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Meat Mixture
- 200g mixed ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
PASOS
Mince the onion and cut the boiled egg in half lengthwise. Coat both sides of the egg with flour.
Place minced onion and olive oil in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool.
Mix the meat mixture ingredients in a bowl until sticky and well combined.
Lay bacon slices slightly overlapping on plastic wrap. Spread half of the meat mixture on top, place the boiled egg halves, and cover with the remaining meat mixture. Roll tightly and shape.
Remove the plastic wrap and wrap the meatloaf in aluminum foil, twisting the ends to seal.
Place the wrapped meatloaf in a frying pan, add 3 tbsp of water, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 40 seconds. Stir well.
Slice the meatloaf into serving portions, plate, and drizzle with the sauce.
