INGREDIENTES
Chicken
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mince the garlic finely.
Mix the sauce ingredients (garlic, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the chicken skin-side down. Cook until the skin is golden brown.
Flip the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Add the sauce and butter, then coat the chicken evenly.
