INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 70g kale, chopped
- 150g lotus root, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
PASOS
Cut the kale into bite-sized pieces. Slice the lotus root into 5mm thick pieces and soak in water, then drain. Slice the garlic thinly.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Once fragrant, place the chicken skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add the lotus root and stir-fry until it becomes translucent. Add the kale and stir-fry briefly, then add mentsuyu and mix well.
