INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 200g headless shrimp
Vegetables
- 🌱 200g frozen edamame
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Shrimp Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Peel and devein the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry. Season with sake, salt, and coat with cornstarch.
Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add the prepared shrimp and edamame to the pan and stir-fry until the shrimp changes color.
Add soy sauce and salt and pepper, then stir-fry everything together.
