INGREDIENTES
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
PASOS
Heat grapeseed oil and butter in a pan until melted.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Push the garlic to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side.
Add cooked rice to the pan and sprinkle salt over the rice.
Mix the rice, eggs, and garlic thoroughly, then add oyster sauce.
Stir-fry until everything is well combined, then add chopped green onion and mix briefly before serving.
