    • 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
    • 🥕 50g carrot (1/3 piece)
    • 🧅 80g green onion (1/2 stalk)
  • Miso Sauce

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp miso
    • 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic

Cut the pork loin into 2cm wide strips.

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them. Slice the carrot into 2mm thick pieces and cut the green onion into 1cm diagonal slices.

In a bowl, mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, and grated garlic).

Place half of the enoki, carrot, green onion, and pork on a sheet of aluminum foil. Pour half of the miso sauce over the ingredients and seal the foil tightly. Repeat to make two packets.

Place the foil packets in a frying pan, add water to a depth of 1cm, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
