INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp honey
PASOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly. Mince the garlic.
Slice the chicken breast into 1cm strips after flattening to an even thickness. Season with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry until softened. Mix in the sauce ingredients and stir-fry until well combined.
