INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 🥬 500g napa cabbage (1/4 head)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning for Filling
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Finishing
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 15g salted butter
PASOS
Cut the napa cabbage into large pieces and mince the garlic.
Season the salmon fillets with sake, salt, and pepper. Coat them lightly with potato starch.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the napa cabbage to the pan and cook until slightly softened.
Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and add the salmon. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add soy sauce and butter to the pan. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
Serve hot, arranging the salmon and cabbage attractively on a plate.
