INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil for cooking
Garlic Sesame Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 🌰 1 1/2 tbsp ground sesame
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Chop the green onions and mince the garlic.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the beef until fully cooked, then remove from the pan.
In the same pan, heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil over low heat, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the remaining sauce ingredients and mix well to make the garlic sesame sauce.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the cooked beef, drizzle with garlic sesame sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions.
