INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🍤 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Staples
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🍋 2 wedges of lemon
PASOS
Peel and slice the avocado into 1cm thick pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Wash and pat dry.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the shrimp and let marinate for 5 minutes. Coat with flour.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp and avocado, cooking for 2 minutes while flipping until shrimp is cooked through.
Plate the shrimp and avocado, and garnish with lemon wedges.
