INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 350g pork spare ribs
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
Liquids
- 50cc sake
- 400cc water
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Boil water in a pot, add eggs, and cook for 7 minutes. Cool in ice water and peel the shells.
Pierce the pork spare ribs in several places using a fork.
Cut off the root of the garlic and make a vertical slit in the skin.
Add spare ribs, garlic (with skin), sake, and water to a pot. Heat over medium and skim off any foam. Add the seasonings and mix well. Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove the drop lid, turn off the heat, and add boiled eggs. Turn them occasionally until they are evenly colored.
Remove garlic, peel off the skin once cooled, and lightly mash. Serve the garlic and ribs with the eggs on a plate.
