INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 4 mackerel fillets (320g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Sufficient salad oil for frying
☆ Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Sprinkle the mackerel fillets with a pinch of salt and let them sit for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix sake, grated garlic, sugar, and soy sauce to create the marinade.
Place the mackerel fillets in a resealable bag or container, pour the marinade over them, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated mackerel fillets skin-side down until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until fully cooked.
