INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut off both ends of the cucumber and slice it diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the garlic and remove the core.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add cucumber and octopus. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until browned.
Add soy sauce and black pepper, then stir-fry to combine.
